Account Settings -> Delete my family account
Request by email
You may also email Rainbow Forest to request family account deletion.
Identity verification
We verify the requester's identity before processing an external deletion request.
What is removed
Deleting a family account removes its login access, profile and active resident bindings without unnecessary delay after verification.
What remains
Centre care records and photos are retained under the approved retention process. Deleting a family account does not delete a resident, another family account or the centre's care records.
