Account and contact data
We handle family account and contact information, including phone number, display name, authentication and account details.
Resident and care information
The centre manages resident profiles, care records, notes, timestamped care photos and audit history for daily care communication.
Technical data
The app may process technical data needed for offline storage, synchronization, security and troubleshooting.
Authorized infrastructure
Authorized cloud infrastructure providers, including the production Supabase service, process information only to support the app and care communication.
Restricted access and encryption
Access is role-restricted. We use encryption in transit, restricted photo access, signed access links and encrypted offline storage where available.
No advertising or sale
We do not use resident or family data for advertising and do not sell resident or family data.
Care-record retention
Care records and photos are retained until an authorized administrator deletes them under the centre's approved retention process.
Family account deletion
Deleting a family account removes its login access, profile and active resident bindings. Resident-owned care records and photos remain with the centre and are no longer accessible to that deleted account.
