Use the app only for authorized daily care communication with the centre.
Account security
Keep account credentials private and tell the centre promptly if you believe an account has been used without authorization.
Family invitations
Family access is created through an invitation and is bound to the resident relationship approved by the centre.
Read-only family access
Family accounts have read-only access to records for residents actively linked to that account.
Care-record ownership
Care records and photos are centre care records and remain under the centre's administration.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, interfere with its security, or share another person's information without authorization.
Availability and accuracy
Availability and information may be affected by connectivity, synchronization or operational updates.
Suspension or deletion
The centre may suspend or delete access when needed to protect residents, families, staff, records or service security.
Important limitation
The app is not an emergency service and does not provide medical advice. Contact emergency services or an appropriate medical professional when urgent help is needed.
