Compliance, safety and management

Rainbow Forest takes lawful operation, fire safety, premises planning and everyday management seriously.

The centre has completed the required applications and approval procedures in accordance with applicable requirements, and obtained the necessary approvals, permits or supporting documents from the relevant government authorities, including:

  • JKM — Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat
  • DBKL — Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur
  • BOMBA — Jabatan Bomba dan Penyelamat Malaysia

From premises planning and fire safety to operations and care management, we take these requirements seriously.

We believe a care centre families can trust needs more than attractive surroundings or available carers. It needs systems, management, records and consistent follow-up.
